Pilates is a type of a full body exercise in which you build strength without bulking up; you improve your flexibility and stability as well as overall stamina.  You'll learn how to breath correctly to improve brain functions.  Joseph Pilates; founder of this method; used to say that "Change is movement and movement heals"
After each session, you'll walk away feeling better, smarter, stronger; you'll look happier and healthier. By paraphrasing Joseph Pilates famous statement

After 10 sessions, you'll notice a difference in your body; after 20 sessions, you'll friends will notice in your body and after 30 sessions, you will have a new body!! 

Pilates can be exercised alone or as a supportive movement of your other sport disciplines. Since it helps realign your body, it also helps prevent injuries.  You will improve your athletic performance but more importantly enjoy daily activities as you mature.  "If at 30, your spine is still; you're old.  If at 90, it is flexible; you're young" -Joesph Pilates

Learn More about Agata the Instructor:
Agata was born and raised in Gdansk, Poland and moved to NYC to pursue her education in Art History. While expecting her first child, disillusioned with the academic world, she decided to leave and re-invent herself. Pilates proved a natural next step. Since being first introduced to the method in 2005, she fell in love with it. She continued her recreational practice, on and off, then inspired by the lack of satisfying Mommy and Me classes in her area, decided to pursue a career as a Pilates instructor herself. As a new mom she wanted to be part of an optimistic, family friendly, healing and happy environment, as well as carry her new found passion over to others. She became Core Mat I and II certified instructor in the Fall 2012 while pregnant with her second child.

Agata has been teaching mat for 5+ years and is a fully certified teacher.


She has been teaching at Power Pilates, NYC for nearly two years in person and virtually. Group classes, privates on the mat and the pilates equipment. 

Agata enjoys working with children as well as Active Older Adults, men and women in ALL stages and paths of life!
