What is Essentrics?It’s a unique exercise technique that honor’s the body’s natural design. It’s intelligent movement that works with the neuromuscular system to rebalance each joint and increase the range of motion!  It’s great for anyone and all ages are welcome.Veteran fitness teacher Maureen Bellmay is a certified Essentrics instructor who describes the new technique. “It’s unlike anything I have experienced before. Essentrics will benefit yogis, runners, cross fitters, cyclist or the new to exercise person to rebalance their body in a healthy and efficient way.”Classes are Mondays 4:30-5:30, Wednesdays & Saturdays at 8:30 a.m. at the Bantam gym, 80 Doyle Road, Bantam 5 or 10 PACK OPTION!
