Alignment Based Yoga with Beverly - Alignment Based Yoga with Beverly Alignment Based YogaIn this class:Enhance your general well-being in this yoga practice that develops strength and flexibility. This is an especially accessible style that focuses on alignment and includes challenges to students of all levels.Together, we will:- practice balanced sequences of traditional hatha yoga postures and their variations- use props for support and as tools to practice yoga safely and fully- moderate the pace allowing time for discovery and restoration- emphasize learning through teacher instruction to help deepen understanding- work towards alleviating aches and pains, reducing stress, and improving posture in every life.This class is appropriate for beginning students including those with tighter, stiffer bodies; practitioners with some yoga experience; as well as long time practitioners.Bring a yoga mat and blanket or beach towel.
